Leigh has over twenty years of experience in designing and managing information solutions and services for Government, and the banking and publishing industries.

She has led teams tasked with ensuring large organisations can use their information as an asset and meet their compliance requirements, and has defined and delivered strategies and roadmaps to enable this. She is experienced in collaborating with IT, knowledge workers, and business stakeholders at all organisational levels to find the common ground needed to deliver a successful information management initiative.

Her skills include information architecture, governance and information system design, the defining of pragmatic knowledge management strategies and roadmaps, business process management, and product management. Leigh has implemented SharePoint and been the product manager for several Gartner-ranked enterprise content management and EDRMS systems, including their design, optimisation and upgrades. She is qualified in Change Management and over the last two years has working as an executive coach in addition to her information systems role and projects.

Her focus is for organisations and knowledge workers to be able put their energy into creating what they value, as the information architecture, processes, services and systems enable this to happen as seamlessly as possible.
