Integrated IT platform drives collaboration & boosts productivity

New IT platform enhances user experience

03 Feb 2023 – Metataxis supports utilities company with powerful new IT platform

We’re delighted to be supporting a major utility company with the design, delivery and deployment of a powerful new IT platform to support all staff based out in the field.

This UK-based utilities business specialises in larger scale, heavy-duty infrastructure, such as the National Electricity and Water distribution networks.

Metataxis will be responsible for managing all the data migration aspects of this implementation project, including the transfer of a combination of manual records, small apps and spreadsheet based legacy systems on to one single, secure IT platform.

This new platform will also be seamlessly integrated into existing in-house systems, including finance, HR and asset management, as well as other core business operations, so all employees can easily access accurate and valid data from any device, in any location.

Explains Clive Ryder, Programme Manager at Metataxis: “By transferring all business operations to a single IT platform, operatives based on site, at home or at the office will be able to work more productively, collaborate securely and remain confident they are working with the most up-to-date information.”

With secure, instant access to data, this improved user experience will enable employees to make smarter business decisions, fast, supporting the development of a modern, hybrid workplace.
