As part of the internal team designing a knowledge base for staff, development of a content pilot to inform the knowledge base strategy, completion of a know-how inventory, and development of a taxonomy covering all aspects of work in an IKEA store. Interim project management, content upload and system testing during the final months before the launch of the knowledge base.

Digital asset management gap analysis, identifying the current practices and repositories across the different divisions and imprints, and making recommendations for activities and priorities going forward to ensure protection of IP and the improved availability of assets for re-use.
