Project to identify the client’s obligations and opportunities arising out of the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations. This included a review of governance, pricing and marketing of the information sets and sources for which the Information Centre is responsible. Deliverables included a report addressing the strategic issues together with policies and recommendations for implementation.

Creation of an information Strategy document for the PCT. Also advice on use of SharePoint and workshops on information architecture.

South Central Strategic Health Authority
Design, architecture and implementation of the organization’s SharePoint 2010 portal, including intranet, document management, collaboration and BI portals.

NHS North Central London
Development of user requirements and an information architecture for SharePoint (metadata, navigation and tagging vocabularies) for a knowledgebase related primarily to health and welfare, but also covering education, crime, environment and housing.
