Helping public sector agency achieve compliance
We are delighted to welcome yet another latest Public Sector client.
This non-departmental public body (NDPB), based in Scotland, is responsible for funding teaching and learning provision, research and other activities across the country’s colleges, universities and other higher education institutions.
As part of their response to the Covid pandemic and remote working, the organisation implemented Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Metataxis will now be supporting the agency to define comprehensive governance and information architecture frameworks to meet their records management ambitions within M365.
We will kickstart the project with a discovery piece to understand their current information landscape and go on to prepare a set of guidelines for managing retention labels and policies in Microsoft Purview. We’ll also help them with the development of their M365 information architecture and ensure a comprehensive knowledge exchange to ensure the team can confidently deploy the governance and information architecture frameworks across the organisation.
