Future-proofing records management with new offsite storage provider
Metataxis is thrilled to be supporting a global law firm with their forthcoming offsite records management procurement plans.
Headquartered in London, this international legal services provider represents some of the world’s major corporations, funds and financial institutions, providing a variety of different legal services, including mergers and acquisition, litigation resolution and data privacy.
To meet the compliance requirements of its clients and its own strict legal and regulatory obligations, the firm was seeking to appoint a new, third-party offsite storage management provider, to deliver a high-quality offsite storage and records management service.
Metataxis has been appointed to prepare a comprehensive set of requirements to support the evaluation and selection of the new offsite storage provider. This will form part of a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) that the law firm can take to market.
We will also conduct a high-level review of the offsite storage market to identify potential candidates to invite to tender.
As part of the final selection process, Metataxis will then go on to evaluate each of the offsite storage management providers’ responses against the RFP criteria, identifying any potential positive or negative impacts or implications, to enable the firm to select the best candidate which meets all the compliance needs of this global law firm.
