Clive Ryder

Clive is a Programme and Information Management Consultant at Metataxis. He has extensive IT and business experience, a highly collaborative approach and a focus on successful delivery.

Clive provides project and programme management support to the Metataxis team whilst also consulting on information management. He specialises in technology and IT driven projects.

Clive focuses on information and data security, regulation, governance, compliance and architecture and has extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 based solutions. He has helped organisations prepare for ISO27001 and ensure GDPR compliance. With his extensive data migration experience, Clive has also led and supported a large number of business transformation and change programmes.

Recent assignments include CRM, information governance, migration and privacy (including GDPR) projects. His experience includes solution and supplier selection, vendor management, operating model change, organisational design, change management, communications, testing, training and rollout. He has delivered change programmes for Operations, Technology, Finance and HR and has experience of ERP and CRM implementations, system upgrades, integration and software development.

Clive is an accomplished team leader with a focus on collaboration and personal development. He has excellent stakeholder engagement skills, is commercially astute, committed to delivering maximum value to the business.

As a professionally qualified PMO, Programme and Project Manager, Clive has created PM teams, established PMOs and developed project management methodologies. He has experience of a broad range of PM applications and tools. Clive advises on the recovery of failing projects, effective programme delivery, risk management, governance, and compliance. Clive has experience of Agile and Waterfall techniques.

Clive has more than twenty-five years interim management and consultancy experience and has spent many years in operational IT, programme, project and change management roles. His background includes senior IT management and ‘big 4’ consultancy roles, working in a wide range of industries including Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Utilities, and the public sector, both in the UK and overseas.
