Sharon Stewart is one of our Consultants here at Metataxis.

With over 25 years’ experience in the information sector, Sharon has delivered a number of successful information management projects across a variety of industries, including central government as well as financial services and media firms.

With an MSc in Information Science awarded from City, University of London, Sharon is also a recognised Certified Knowledge Manager. Having worked as practitioner, researcher and trainer, Sharon has an excellent understanding of the value of information and how to successfully promote knowledge sharing between teams and locations to drive collaboration and improve information knowledge.

Sharon’s proficient desk research skills coupled with her inquisitive nature has proved instrumental in conducting content audits, business analysis and discovery work, forming a solid foundation for clients to create, transform, and implement their information management initiatives. Robust groundwork ensures that change initiatives are successful in the long-term and that organisations can maximise the benefit of their investment.

Her attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance is at the core of every project she engages with, adopting a meticulous approach while helping clients to achieve their strategic goals.

Sharon also enjoys being part of a team that helps organisations to prepare for the implementation of Generative AI, including Copilot for Microsoft 365. Metataxis has always enabled organisations to manage their knowledge and information effectively, but now more than ever it is crucial to ensure that AI tools are drawing on data that is current, accurate, and securely managed. Throughout this work she has developed a slight obsession with knowledge graphs and how they are being utilised in this space!
