Supplying innovative digital services to modernise the public sector
Metataxis is delighted to be part of the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 Framework.
Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) is Crown Commercial Service framework agreement, let under the Procurement Act 2023. This framework enables public sector organisations to search and procure suppliers who can deliver outcome based digital, data, and technology (DDaT) services in line with government policies, standards and best practices.
The framework is structured into four main lots:
- Digital Outcomes: Suppliers provide full teams to deliver projects (e.g., discovery, alpha, beta, live, or retirement phases).
- Digital Capability and Delivery Partners: This lot is designed for suppliers who can build capacity within public sector organisations, especially when there’s a need to deliver multiple pieces of work without the overhead of running numerous procurements.
- Digital Specialists: Suppliers provide individual specialists to work on specific projects or within existing teams.
- User Research Studios and Participants: This lot covers the provision of physical spaces for conducting user research Recruitment of participants to test digital services

Public Sector organisations use the Digital Marketplace to buy digital services. The Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS7) framework is for projects requiring an agile approach, such as designing, building, and testing digital services. It differs from G-Cloud supplier services, which is focused on buying “off-the-shelf” cloud products.
