New information architecture framework & Purview implementation plans for national institution
Metataxis is thrilled to have successfully designed and delivered an information architecture framework and Microsoft Purview implementation plan to support this public sector organisation on their digital transformation journey.
As part of the initial project, our team of consultants prepared a Microsoft 365 deployment plan, featuring a step-by-step approach to ensure the successful rollout of this powerful cloud technology for this this non-departmental public body.
Recognising the scale of rolling out this ambitious M365 programme, the organisation elected to break it down into a set of smaller, more manageable projects. For now, they identified a set of tactical priorities to initially address, step by step, which they could implement while maintaining their overall strategic vision without incurring any possible regret spend – by implementing something that later might need to be redone. Metataxis is delighted to continue working with our client to provide further support with the implementation of these tactical priorities in line with their overall digital transformation goals.
