Charities manage large volumes of sensitive data – from personal and financial details to funding activities – which must be properly governed to ensure security, meet compliance, and maintain operational efficiencies.

While many organisations have adopted cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, poor information management often hinders staff productivity, decision-making, and the full benefits of AI tools like Copilot. Poorly managed information can also leave organisations exposed to risk through lack of compliance with GDPR and other regulatory obligations.
