ARA 2025 – Next generation thinking
It was fantastic to meet so many of you at the recent Archives and Records Association (ARA) Conference, that took place from 27-29 August in Bristol. The event was energising and thought-provoking, offering lots of fresh perspectives and sparking lively discussion. Our very own Information Management expert Noeleen Schenk was live on stage, hosting a jam-packed workshop focussed on adapting skills to address the next generation of record keeping. Expecting 10 guests for an intimate discussion – she was inundated with over 40 attendees!

It was great to be part of a recent Charity Technology Roundtable, hosted by nonprofit IT specialist, and one of our key partners, SmartDesc. Bringing together charity IT leaders, we discussed practical ways to better manage and structure information in Microsoft 365 and shared expert information management advice with this heavily regulated sector.
